The need for development of cadastre in Yugoslavia

The cadastre in Yugoslavia is the copy of a Middle-European cadastre from the last century. Some differences may be observed as it developed in specific conditions - first of all - the character of collective ownership. Many unfavorable factors have influenced on it, therefore, its condition is bad, big differences between the real situation, cadastre and land register exist. In order to point out the perspective of the cadastre in Yugoslavia, foreign cadastre are analysed and a "middle" concept of development has been suggested, which consists of two phases.
