Re-opening the Path to Recognition of Afro-Colombian Collective Land Rights

In January 2018,
The Black Community Process (PCN) reached an agreement with the Colombian
National Land Agency (ANT) to resolve 78 long-standing requests for collective land
titling and review 193 administrative processes for recognition.
This agreement came as the result of a combination of advocacy, evidence-based
analyses and strategic alliances.
