Multi-purpose cadastre, a component of land management with a low cost aspect

This paper describes the relation of multi-purpose cadastre and land management. It states that a cadastre can serve as a parcel oriented base registration. Some major aspects are mentioned. Attention is paid to some elements that play a part in low cost approach and it gives some recommendations.
