Mass-valuation in Greece monitoring tax and market values

This paper first presents the state of the art in the field of land valuation in Greece, providing a brief description of the existing tax value definition system, its application extent and its updating frequency. Respecitvely, a reference to the market values, their changes through time, the facotrs and conditions that influence them, together with an estimation of the tax values deviation form the market values is attempted.
