Developing land registration customer services to reflect UK government policy

This paper describes how the Land Registry seeks to achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction for those who depend on its services. It also describes how, over the last twenty years in the UK, these initiatives form part of the wider government programme to improve the quality of publico services.
